Inpace Acedemy based in Canada, focuses on education & training. They offer quality education to students of all age groups under one centre with courses for all subjects with a focus on enhancing the child’s overall learning skills while making sure they follow a systematic approach.
Mrs. Mrinal Moharir, Vice President at Inpace Academy came up with a creative project idea for children education. Inpace privilege introduces a science program, which is based on the Ontario curriculum. This Program also builds a strong foundation to face the challenges with various aspects of High school and post-secondary science. It includes interactive and colorful presentations with lots of hands on experiments.

This program offers five level divided as beginner and intermediate covering the school curriculum from the grade 4 to grade 8. Inpace Scientist lesson covers concepts from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Environmental Science.

We Manorama SMAC provided them a creative solution with innovative presentations, which are self-explanatory. We have worked on around 1000 + documents which includes creative presentation, explanatory word documents, homework & classwork assessments and teachers instruction document. It was a great learning experience we got while working on this project.

Result

In this case study, we will explore the process of developing educational training videos for a fictional company called "TechPro Solutions." TechPro Solutions is a technology consulting firm that specializes in software development and IT training services. They have identified a need to create a series of training videos to enhance their training programs and provide ongoing learning resources for their clients. Let's dive into the details of how TechPro Solutions approached this project and the steps they followed.
Needs Assessment and Goal Setting:
TechPro Solutions started by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the specific training needs of their clients. They gathered feedback from existing clients, conducted surveys, and analyzed industry trends. Based on the findings, the company established clear goals for the training videos, such as improving user onboarding, enhancing technical skills, and increasing product knowledge.
Content Design and Scriptwriting:

With the goals in mind, TechPro Solutions collaborated with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to design the content for the training videos. They outlined the key topics, learning objectives, and the desired outcomes for each video. The SMEs provided the necessary technical knowledge, while the instructional designers ensured that the content was structured in a pedagogically sound manner. Once the content was finalized, scriptwriters developed engaging and concise scripts for each video.
Pre-production Planning:

TechPro Solutions assembled a team of professionals for the pre-production phase. This team included video producers, directors, camera operators, and video editors. They planned the logistics, such as location scouting, setting up the necessary equipment, and determining the shooting schedule. They also identified any props or visual aids required for the videos.
Video Production:

The production team executed the plan by capturing the video footage according to the script. They ensured high-quality audio and video recording, paying attention to lighting, framing, and overall production values. They also coordinated with the SMEs and instructors who delivered the content on-camera, ensuring that the delivery was clear and engaging.

Post-production and Editing:

Once the footage was captured, the video editors took over the post-production process. They carefully reviewed the recorded material, selected the best takes, and edited them together to create a cohesive video. They added graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed to enhance the learning experience. The editors also synchronized the audio with the visuals, inserted relevant captions or subtitles, and optimized the overall pacing of the videos.

Review and Feedback:

TechPro Solutions organized review sessions with the SMEs, instructional designers, and key stakeholders to gather feedback on the initial versions of the training videos. They ensured that the content was accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with the learning objectives. Feedback was collected and incorporated into the videos to improve their quality.

Distribution and Access:

Once the training videos were finalized, TechPro Solutions established a platform to distribute and provide access to the videos. They opted for a user-friendly learning management system (LMS) where clients could easily access the videos, track their progress, and engage in assessments or discussions related to the content. The LMS allowed for scalability and future updates to the video library.
